By downloading, installing, or using Jing ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Medical Disclaimer

This app provides general fitness exercises for pelvic floor health. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The exercises and information provided are for educational and general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse effects during exercises, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Age Restriction

This app is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age. The app contains content related to sexual health and pelvic floor fitness that is appropriate for adult audiences only.

Subscriptions & Payments

Jing offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Free Trial

The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the annual subscription price.

Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically available only to new subscribers. If you have previously redeemed a free trial, you may not be eligible for another one.

Use of the App

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including exercise designs, descriptions, images, and the overall user interface, is the intellectual property of Jing and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

User Data

Your exercise data and progress are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

TestFlight Beta

During the TestFlight beta period, the app is provided as-is for testing purposes. Features may change, and data may be reset between updates. Beta testers are encouraged to submit feedback to help improve the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jing and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
